Free workflows
Free workflows (such as Lead Capture Mini) may be used and modified in your own business, including for your own clients’ internal use. Please don’t resell or redistribute them as your own template. They come as-is, without warranty.
Paid templates (not on sale yet)
Nothing is for sale yet. This section describes the terms we intend to use, so you can see them before anything launches.
- One licence = one business. Use the template in as many of your own spreadsheets and projects as you like, for one business or team.
- Agencies: you may install a purchased template for a client as part of your own work. Each client business that keeps using it needs its own licence.
- Not allowed: reselling, sharing download links publicly, or publishing the template (or a lightly changed copy) as your own product.
- Updates: bug-fix updates for the version you bought are included. Each update is listed in the template’s changelog.
- Tools: templates run on third-party services (for example Google Workspace). Their costs, limits and terms are separate and can change.
Refunds
If a paid template doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you. Please include what you tried. Depending on where you live, you may also have statutory rights for digital content that this policy doesn’t limit.
No guarantees
We describe what each workflow does and doesn’t do, with sample data. We don’t promise specific time savings or business results.
